Acupuncture is designed to work with your body, not against it. Rooted in Chinese Medicine, this practice sees symptoms not as isolated problems, but as signals of deeper imbalances in the body’s rhythms, energy, and relationship to the world around you.

In my sessions, we work collaboratively. I listen to what’s going on in your life as much as your body, and treatments are shaped by both ancient diagnostic tools and your present-day needs. Whether you're navigating pain, fatigue, hormonal shifts, fertility struggles, or emotional overwhelm, acupuncture offers a way to recalibrate — gently and effectively.

Treatments may include needling, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and guided meditation — all tailored to the season, your constitution, and where you’re at that day.

This is quiet, spacious medicine. It’s not about fixing — it’s about helping you feel more whole, more resourced, and more connected to yourself.

Katonah Yoga® is a technique that combines yoga postures with breath, imagination, and archetypes to help you use your body well. It’s not about being flexible or performing — it’s about feeling stable, supported, and more at home in yourself.

We see the body like a house, with doors, windows, and a foundation. When the structure is strong and organized, energy flows better, your breath supports you, and life feels easier and more sustainable.

In Katonah Yoga®, we use props, hands-on adjustments, and playful metaphor to bring both function and freedom into your practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is a space to reset your patterns, explore with curiosity, and bring more joy into your life.

This is a space to be supported, to learn, and to feel held by the women in our community.
